delta-E is an incredible addition to my training!  I usually get up at 4:30-5:00 am every day to fit my workouts in before going to work.  It's difficult to get up that early and have the energy for an intense workout.

Before taking delta-E I would sort of catch myself in the middle of a workout "zoning out" and not really paying attention.  During this time, my intensity level and overall training quality drops significantly.  When I get up now, I take a delta E before heading out on the road or driving to the pool.  The change in energy level is noticeable and almost immediate.  I have noticed a significant difference in my morning workout intensities and look forward to using the product more during the following season.
