Chances are that to make any resolution a reality it will take more focused mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energy than you had available or could tap into in 2007. 
When we run low on energy, our body automatically taps into alternative, non-cell metabolism sources. Caffeine has become the legal choice for energy boosts outside of normal body metabolism. Choices range from coffee to “energy” drinks, to caffeine-loaded capsules and tablets. An energy drink search performed on Google in mid-December, 2007 revealed over 2.27 million hits. Starbucks opened almost 1,100 new stores in the US in 2007. Caffeine now comes in flavors and forms that would make even a statue wake up. Some include such add-ins as vodka and staggering amounts of sugar. Ever wonder why coffee keeps some people awake at night, while tea typically does not have that effect? Even if you match the caffeine content, tea is much less commonly a culprit of insomnia.
